Mini key to my heart

I made a mini version of my "key to my heart" for a friend of mine.  You can find the original here.  She told me she didn't have any Valentine's day decorations, so of course that got me into wanting to craft something up for her:)  this is what I came up with:

I used a smaller frame that I bought at Micheal's for $1.00.  I painted, sanded and rubbed on some stain.  I printed the antique sheet music from Graphics Fairy and then cut out some takes and assembled.  Super cute and super easy.  She loved it:)
