Rag wreath

I made this wreath from some left over fabric I had from some other projects.  I cut them into strips and tied them on a wire hanger and added a ribbon bow.  I really love the way it turned out.

Dry erase menu board

I have seen menu boards online and thought it would be good to have a menu made for the week.  Just write it on there and I know what I'm going to have for dinner in advance.  I have used it for the past 3 days and I have stress free dinner planning:)  Pretty cute:)

I bought a wood frame from the dollar store, I painted and lightly sanded and stained it.  I then found some scrapbook paper I liked (it will help me write straighter:) and cut out little circles and put a letter sticker in the middle.  I bought a star cut out and painted, sanded and stained and added the menu letters.

My family is already reading each day to check whats for dinner:)

My three pumpkins;)

I saw these on http://craescreations.blogspot.com/2010/09/gotta-love-pumpkins.html and had to try and make them:)  I bought the wood at Home Depot and they cut it into pieces for me (I have enough to make 2 more sets!)  I then painted, sanded, ditressed (felt good) and applied some stain.  After that I drilled a hole in the top and glued a cinnamon stuck in the top, tied some raffia on the stem, added a leaf I cut from felt and wrapped some ribbon around it that I found at the dollar store.  I have them in my entry way and I think I want to add some more decoration around the bottem but not sure what yet.

Dryer duct pumkin:)

I saw this cute little pumpkin on http://www.houseofhepworths.com/2010/09/09/theres-a-pumpkin-in-my-dryer-oh-wait/ and just loved it!  It is made from dryer duct!  I bought my duct at Walmart for a little over $5 and cut it in half to get two pumpkins.  Some spray paint,
glue, cinnamon stick and some raffia finished it up.  I put it on a milk can next  to my front door.

Harvest Vase

I made this little harvest vase for my table.  I will be adding more around it, but this is the start.  I bought all the items at Dollar Tree and I am really happy wih how it turned out.   I used 2 floral picks, 1 pack of leaves, 1 vase, 1 pack of gourdes and ribbon (which will also be used for another project **score** lol).  Grand total of $5.00!

Whimsy Cake

I loved, loved, loved making this cake! I just love the colors and how delicate it looks. I also got to use my Cricut Cake so that was also fun. All the accents are gumpaste and then dusted with luster dust.

Taylor's Princess duckie smach cake:)

I made this little duckie smash cake for my friend Erin's daughters 1st birthday. I carved it out and made the head from rice krispie treats. I made 5 tiara's out of royal icing, because I was so worried they would break. I used the first one with no troubles. This is one of my favorites cakes! She is soooo cute:)
